IMIDC (Rainbow Network Limited) rents UAE (Dubai) IP addresses sourced from RIPE NCC and local networks such as e& (Etisalat) and du. Customers can choose UAE datacenter IPs, Dubai native IPs, UAE static residential (home broadband) IPs and UAE ISP IPs. Datacenter and native IP blocks start at a /24 (256 addresses) and scale up to a /16, while residential and ISP IPs are available individually or in bulk. As a RIPE NCC member, IMIDC helps configure WHOIS, rDNS, ROA/RPKI and Geofeed, and the IPs can be announced via BGP under your own ASN or used with IMIDC servers.
Dubai is the Middle East's hub for e-commerce and cross-border trade, and many sellers enter the Gulf through the UAE first. The local platform landscape differs from Europe or the US:
The question sellers ask most often is whether logging into seller centers and social accounts from foreign IPs triggers extra verification. When a platform consistently sees a login location that doesn't match the store's market, it is more likely to ask for additional checks. A genuine UAE IP keeps your environment consistent with local users. It does not, however, replace following each platform's rules.
| IP type | Source | How platforms see it | Features | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| UAE datacenter IP | UAE datacenter IP ranges | Datacenter network | /24–/16, BGP and ASN support, rDNS/PTR | Websites, site networks, APIs, high concurrency |
| Dubai native IP | Registered in the UAE, geolocation matches | Local UAE IP | Clean WHOIS records | Account management, local content, local business |
| UAE ISP IP | Assigned and announced by a local carrier | Residential | High stability, low latency | Live streaming, always-on, high bandwidth |
| UAE static residential IP | UAE home broadband ranges | Household user | Long-term fixed, lower risk score | Store and social account isolation |
| UAE home broadband IP | Same as above (common name) | Household user | Same | Same |
Rule of thumb: datacenter IPs for volume and cost, native IPs for a local identity, residential IPs for account safety, ISP IPs for always-on sessions.
Give each store its own fixed UAE IP so every seller center runs in a separate environment instead of sharing one exit. Residential or native IPs work best. Once an IP is assigned, avoid switching it, and follow each platform's multi-store policy.
For long-term brand accounts, use one fixed residential IP per account. For TikTok LIVE or long streaming sessions, choose ISP IPs for better stability. WhatsApp Business can be used for messaging, but the UAE requires licensing for internet voice and video calling, so follow local rules for those features.
Plan UAE datacenter or native IP blocks so each site gets its own IP and is not affected by neighbors in the same range. Check Google and Facebook ads and landing pages from a UAE viewpoint, in both Arabic and English.
Prices, stock and search results differ across Gulf countries. To collect public UAE data for price monitoring, competitor analysis and AI training, /24 datacenter blocks are the most economical. Add residential IPs for strict targets. Respect site terms and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Dubai native or residential IPs pass regional checks more reliably, which makes them useful for testing local content and regional experiences. Platform policies change, so test before you rely on it.
Datacenter IPs come from UAE datacenter ranges. They are cheaper and plentiful, which suits websites and site networks. Dubai native IPs are registered and geolocated in the UAE and recognized as local, which makes them better for account management and local business.
Use residential (home broadband) IPs for Noon and Amazon.ae stores and social accounts, since they carry the lowest risk score. Choose ISP IPs for live streaming, always-on sessions and high-bandwidth workloads.
Datacenter and native IPs start at a /24 (256 addresses) and can grow to /23, /22 and up to /16. Residential and ISP IPs are available individually or in bulk.
The UAE requires internet voice services to be licensed. IMIDC does not recommend or support using IPs to bypass local telecom regulation. UAE IPs are intended for compliant uses such as e-commerce, social media management, ad verification and SEO.

Before entering Dubai and the Gulf, settle two questions: is your IP source legitimate, and does the IP type match the job? Tell IMIDC your use case, IP type and quantity to get a tailored plan:
